Accurate packing, labelling, inventory control and dispatch are therefore critical to the customer experience. About the Role We are hiring a Warehouse & Dispatch Operations Lead to establish and manage a reliable, process-driven warehousing and dispatch function at its Bhiwandi facility. The individual will take ownership of the complete movement of finished educational books—from receipt and storage to picking, packing, carton labelling, dispatch, delivery coordination and returns. La Società: Realtà leader nel settore chimico farmaceutico ricerca un: Project Engineer Principali attività: Progettazione e ingegneria: Sviluppare layout, PFD, P&ID e specifiche tecniche per nuovi impianti e modifiche impiantistiche. Gestione cantieri e fornitori: Supervisionare l'installazione, il commissioning, le attività di FAT/SAT e il coordinamento delle imprese esterne. Conformità e qualità: Gestire le deviazioni, analizzare i guasti e implementare azioni correttive e preventive (CAPA) in regime GMP. Convalida e manutenzione: Supportare le attività di qualifica (IQ/OQ/PQ) e coordinare la manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria. Miglioramento continuo: Ottimizzare i processi produttivi per incrementare l'efficienza, ridurre i costi e supportare i progetti CAPEX. Requisiti: Formazione accademica: Laurea magistrale o triennale in Ingegneria Chimica, Ingegneria Industriale o discipline affini. Esperienza professionale: Aver maturato dai 2 ai 5 anni di esperienza in contesti chimici altamente regolamentati. Competenze normative e tecniche: Ottima conoscenza delle normative GMP, dei processi batch multi-step e degli standard di sicurezza per sostanze ad alta attività (OEB). Abilità linguistiche e informatiche: Buona padronanza della lingua inglese e ottima conoscenza di software CAD (come AutoCAD) e dei pacchetti di office automation. Soft skills e problem-solving: Spiccate capacità analitiche, attitudine al lavoro di squadra multidisciplinare e orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati.
