Damien Bouyssounnouse

Managing Partner


Driven by a lifelong passion for the automotive sector, Damien naturally aligned his academic and professional path with it.

After earning his engineering degree in 1999 from ENSEEIHT (specializing in Fluid Mechanics and Energetics), he spent his early career in various technical roles, establishing a strong operational foundation. In 2007, corporate developments led to his involvement in commercial operations, prompting a pivotal transition to sales functions in 2008. By aligning his technical background with a customer-centric strategy, Damien spent over 27 years building comprehensive industry insight across both OEMs and Tier 1 /Tier 2 suppliers.

Leveraging a unique blend of technical expertise and commercial insight, Damien founded the Antal International Paris Val de Seine office to offer clients a truly 360-degree approach to recruitment. This dual background enables him to connect complex technical requirements with strategic business goals, fully grasp client constraints, deliver highly tailored talent solutions, and proactively anticipate challenges in an ever-evolving market.
