Specialist of Analytical Laboratory - PVC / Polymer Production
Job: Specialist of Analytical Laboratory  Location: ِTashkent - Uzbekistan  Industry: PVC / Polymer Production   **Open to international applicants   We are looking for an experienced Specialist of Analytical Laboratory to join our team at a leading industrial enterprise. The role involves performing analytical studies, developing and validating laboratory methods, and ensuring the quality and reliability of test results for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.       Key Responsibilities:    • Organize and conduct analytical studies of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products  • Develop, implement, and update analytical methods; ensure timely development of measurement procedures (MVI) for new productions and re-registration of existing ones  • Control accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results  • Coordinate comprehensive inspections of chemical laboratories across workshops  • Participate in research and pilot-industrial work; analyze deviations and propose corrective actions  • Maintain reporting and technical documentation, including method validation, certification, and calculations  • Train and consult laboratory staff  • Collaborate with production units and external organizations      Requirements:     Education & Experience:    • Higher professional education in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or Physical Chemistry  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the specialty, including at least 3 years in an industrial analytical laboratory  • Knowledge of regulatory documentation (GOST, ISO, ASTM, etc.) and laboratory/industrial safety standards  • Experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025 desirable)     Professional Knowledge & Skills:  • Modern analytical techniques: titrimetry, gravimetry, UV/Vis spectrophotometry, AAS, GC, HPLC, IR/Raman spectroscopy, potentiometry, pH-metry, and others  • Principles of validation and verification of analytical methods  • Statistical processing of test results  • Fundamentals of metrology, calibration, and verification of laboratory equipment  • Confident use of laboratory instruments and data processing software  • Analytical thinking, systematic analysis, and technical reporting     Personal Attributes:  • High responsibility and attention to detail  • Stress resilience and initiative  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment  • Organizational skills and decision-making capability  • Knowledge of technical English is a plus

PVC Process Engineer / Technologist - PVC / Polymer Production
Job: PVC Process Engineer / Technologist Location: ِTashkent - Uzbekistan  Industry: PVC / Polymer Production   **Open to international applicants   A leading PVC manufacturing facility is seeking an experienced PVC Process Engineer / Technologist to oversee suspension PVC production operations. This role is responsible for managing the full production lifecycle, ensuring product quality, optimizing process efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.    Key Responsibilities:  • Develop, implement, and optimize production processes for PVC grades SG-3 to SG-6  • Manage and adjust formulations to meet customer specifications and product requirements  • Monitor and control key technological parameters including polymerization, degassing, drying, classification, and packaging  • Oversee quality control (QC/QA) processes and ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, and GOST standards  • Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and process reports  • Support plant start-ups, commissioning of new lines, and modernization projects • Train and guide production staff to enhance technical capabilities  • Collaborate with raw material suppliers and equipment vendors to ensure operational efficiency     Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Technology, Petrochemistry, Plastics Processing, or related field  • 5–7+ years of experience in PVC production or polymer manufacturing  • Hands-on experience in suspension PVC units including polymerization, degassing, drying, classification, and packaging  • Strong knowledge of PVC formulations and their impact on molecular weight, particle size, porosity, flowability, thermal stability, residual monomer, whiteness, and bulk density  • Understanding of quality indicators such as K-value, Fikentscher constant, residual monomer, volatiles, and thermal stability  • Experience working with SCADA/DCS systems, P&ID diagrams, process flow diagrams, and mass balance calculations  • Exposure to plant start-ups, troubleshooting, and process optimization initiatives  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage     Personal Attributes:  • Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills  • High level of responsibility and operational discipline  • Leadership and team coordination abilities  • Comfortable working in a continuous production environment  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
