Within the international Project Management Organization (PMO), Project Manager is assigned to manage various customer projects and internal projects. Main responsibilities: •           Define the project detail scope & needs together with the internal or external customer; •           Develop project planning in cooperation with the involved departments; •           Take the responsibility for the execution of the complete project, while respecting the budget & specification; •           Coordinate and communicate clearly with the (multi-functional) project team (status report, forecast report and progress reporting); •           Actively look to solve problems, identify and prevent potential issues or risks •           Prepare regular status report presentations; •           Work with commercial teams to respond to RFI, RFQ and RFP documents; •           Oversee the successful transition of the project from sales into execution, through the project lifecycle, and then from execution to after care, to ensure continuous provision of a high level of care to the customer; •           Lead, develop, organize and motivate your project team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate production, maintenance, planning, procurement, and warehouse operations. Ensure execution of the production plan according to MPS and capacity planning. Monitor operational KPIs, including availability, productivity, scrap, rework, and on‑time production. Oversee supply chain planning parameters and ensure master data accuracy. Coordinate the procurement team and support negotiations for major or strategic contracts. Supervise warehouse and inventory management, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans and monitor equipment availability. Support operational budgeting and resource planning (RCCP). Candidate Profile University degree in Engineering or Supply Chain. 7–10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and/or supply chain. Antal International is recruiting for its client, an industrial manufacturing company, part of an international group of companies: Shared Service Centre Manager - in Iasi, on-site The Shared Service Centre Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Romania, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high-quality service delivery across all centralised back-office functions. This role is crucial for the successful transition and ongoing management of centralised back-office processes, providing back-office support to various functional areas including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Quality, Project Management and SAP[MP1] . Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the SSC, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently and effectively. Coordinate with functional area owners to manage and standardise workflows. Monitor service delivery to ensure high performance and continuous improvement. Transition Management: Lead and support the transition of functions and processes from various locations to the SSC in Romania. Develop and implement detailed transition plans, including timelines and resource requirements. Work with stakeholders to manage change and mitigate any disruption to operations. Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of SSC activities. The role combines project coordination, technical understanding, and stakeholder management across all phases of project development.
