About Us

Antal International Dubai (Nad Al Sheba) is a specialist executive search practice focused exclusively on cybersecurity, AI and technology talent across the UAE and the GCC. Our practice is led by working security practitioners who evaluate every candidate at the technical depth the role demands, discussing SIEM architectures, DFIR investigations, cloud security controls and detection engineering at the same level as your internal team. Jose Rivera, Managing Partner, Executive Search

Jose leads search delivery and technical assessment. He has built and scaled security businesses from the ground up, with hands-on experience in incident response, malware analysis, threat hunting and security operations. His certifications include OSCP, CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, GDAT and CEH Master. Jose evaluates candidates at a technical depth that generalist recruiters cannot, and has delivered placements across DFIR, Application Security, Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence, Security Management and Penetration Testing roles across the GCC and the Americas.

Meylin Altamirano, Managing Partner, Client Relationships and Business Development

Meylin an ICF-accredited professional coach. She owns engagement scope, the client relationship and commercial terms throughout every search, from initial briefing to offer acceptance. She also leads client relationships and government-tender strategy through a cybersecurity consultancy operating across the UAE and Latin America, and built the sales engine behind a cybersecurity academy that has placed more than 80 professionals in the region.

Our analysis of 6,592 UAE cybersecurity postings shows Network Security Engineer roles dominate local demand, unlike the USA and EMEA where generic titles lead. Government digitalization and critical infrastructure drive sustained network-layer demand.

A Management-Heavy Market

Manager-level roles are 24 percent of UAE cyber demand versus 14 percent in the USA and 12 percent in EMEA. With Senior roles at 35 percent, most hiring targets people who lead teams. Junior demand is just 6 percent.
